I'm Not Dead

So it has been nearly a year since my last post and for that I am terribly sorry. Perhaps many of you have given up hope on me, so my thoughts here will go unheard of. That fact, I am not terribly sorry for.

The reason I haven't posted? I don't know really. I got a job with a construction firm as a marketing assistant to no one. I have been incredibly busy doing such exciting things as converting the CRM system to a new one, and making sure my primary charge, the President, is happy. That in itself became a process, but we don't want to divulge too much do we?

Today, almost as a sign of my ability to maintain employment and as a gift to the anniversary of my graduation, I purchased a new laptop. It is sexy, and her name is Gracie. She is an Acer and I believe she will treat me well for the next few years.

I am still learning to type on my new computer, but am confident it wont take me long to get back up to speed with things. There are new toys, new abilities, and frankly, there is new fun to be had.

I'm not dead though - I'm very much alive. Snowboarding season is in full force and New Year's Eve was a story in itself that I will have to convey at a later date. D and I are still doing well and are anticipating moving in together soon....

So for those who care? Things are pretty damn good.
